The CCCGC Calendar has been modified and is finally an integrated website.  The calendar has been made to be as simple as possible while offering complete information of all events sponsered by CCCGC.

Clicking the link in this article, the "Calendar" link in the Header Navigation Bar, or "Calendar of Events" in the Menu area of the Right Sidebar will take you to a 21 day listing of all events scheduled for that period. The listing is continioulsy updated, dropping yesterday's events and adding those events that may have entered the 21 day window.
If you have an event that you believe should be on the calendar, please leave a message in the comment section below.

A new fearure has been incorporated into the website today. A Calender has been added which lists ALL activities relating to CCCGC.

These include:

• CCCGC General Meetings
• Board of Directors Meetings
• Classes at the Salvation Army Building
• Classes at other locations when available
• Genealogy Round Table Meetings
• PigSIG Dinner Meetings
• Special Functions as Approved by CCCGC Board of Directors

The Calendar can be accessed by clicking "Calendar: on the Navigation Bar at the top of the page. It is also listed in the Links section in the Member Services Category. This article will also be retrievable in the Webmaster area under Message From/About in the right sidebar.

Note: At present you must use your back arrow to return to the page you were on when you clicked calendar. (Sometimes multiple times, depending on how many dates you checked while on the calendar page) Eventually the calendar will be put on a page with a navigation bar which will eliminate this hardship.

Sometime ago, I placed a sign-up area on the website so all members could be notified by email of each new post to the website. As of now, there are only 3 subscribers (including me). I think it is a valuable tool that can keep you informed and lessen the need to phone the CCCGC office.

Sign up for email notiication of updates to CCCGC.NET and never miss another post. It's easy and it will not produce any spam in your mailbox.

Anytime a new post is made on this site, an email is generated and sent to all subscribers in the early hours of the next morning. You aslways have the option of discontinuing the notification at any time, simply by clicking on a link that is part of every message sent to you.

Simply insert your email address in the yellow space in the right sidebar and click the "subscribe me" tab. You have nothing to lose. Please try it and let me know what you think.
