15 MB free hard disk space.The download of Instant Document Review from www.sowsoft.com was surprisingly fast. It seemed like only 2 or 3 minutes.
The search parameters can be placed in zones and they then can be modified at a later date to suite preferences. The program will search the selected zone and identify probable keywords or phrases. It is then ready for document or record selection. From the icon on the screen double left click on the icon and an Instant Document Search window becomes available. Three open bars are available – in the upper left type the search word or phrase. The upper right bar will have a choice of zones you have previously selected. The lower right bar will reflect whether it is a document or record. Now click on “GO” in the upper right. Almost instantly, several selections will appear based on your keyword or phrase. A left click on one of the selections will bring that specific document into view with the program in which it was originally saved.
If you need a more sophisticated search, click on the 3 dot to the immediate right of the search bar and a Power Search window appears that will permit three options.
