If you're interested in blogging at all, you should check out the web blog of Wil Wheaton at wilwheaton.net. Wheaton was a child actor and is best known to film fans as “Wesley - The Boy Crusher from Star Trek: The Next Generation”. He has since become an internet geek. On his web site, the former Star Trek Actor writes frequent updates about his present and past life experiences. These include his thoughts on his Star Trek adventure and the computer technology that he has become so attached to.

This book of five true stories is written by Wil Wheaton, a self-proclaimed geek, who is currently a writer and computer specialist.

The stories are some of his experiences on the road to self-discovery. The stories vary in mood from pathos to humor and are well written and interesting. Memories of his childhood, his family, and a Star Trek convention and his clash with William Shatner are related.

Trekkies would certainly enjoy the behind-the-scenes stories, if they can get past the four-letter words.
