It was in April of 1997 that the officials of the Cultural Center informed us that our arrangement to use Room 7, for our SIG meetings was canceled. The room was equipped with 15 new computers for the use of computer educational classes at the center. We were asked to provide instructors and that ended our using the room for SIG meetings. It was a handy place for us, being so close to the CCPCUG office and the storage room for our equipment. We considered looking for a new meeting site but even if one was found,
