Classes at the Center for Independent Living

In late July twelve computer systems were installed for hands-on training at the Center for Independent Living, 4300 King Highway, Unit #402 (Schoolhouse Square) in Port Charlotte  

The hand-on classes will be starting in September  The classes will be held ONLY on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Evening from 6:30-8:30 PM. Availability of classes are dependent on availability of instructors/moderators.

Advance registration is required.  When instructors/moderators are scheduled for classes, those classes will be posted on the web-site. Classe descriptions, instructors and dates will be posted on the calendar, available by clicking "calendar" in the Navigation menu at top of the website.

With the introduction of classes at CIL, evening classes at the Salvation Army site at 2735 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte will be discontinued.  Afternoon classes, however, will continue.
