July 2006 General Meeting (Picnic)

This is an additional reminder that the time, location and agenda of the July General meeting has changed.

Reminder – There will not be a computer club meeting in July at the church. However, we are still getting together. A picnic is planned for Tuesday the 4th of July.

It will be held at the Charlotte Harbor Enviromental Center located at 10941 Burnt Store Rd. Punta Gorda. The center is located 1.2 miles south of 41 on Burnt Store Road.

The time will be from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM. This is a screened Pavillion with picnic tables and ceiling fans. Paper Plates, napkins, and silverware will be provided.

CCCGC will furnish the soda and meat (which will be ham and chicken). Everyone can bring a dish to pass. Join us for a real fun afternoon. Contact Esther Keirnan, Chairperson

Help CCCGC Help Others

CCCGC is an authorized Microsoft MAR refurbisher. We provide computers to nearly 300 needy children each year. Additionally, we also help to educate and promote computer literacy to our members, many who are older citizens unfamiliar with the operation of XP and Vista.

Our work takes many volunteers and the purchasse of licenses and parts. Many people who cannot volunteer but still want to help have asked us how they might contribute to our cause.
