The May General Meeting on  Tuesday May 06, 2008 will be held in the Centennial Room at the Port Charlotte Cultural Center, 2280 Aaron Street, Port Charlotte, Florida 33952.

This months meeting is sure to be a special treat when Carl Foreman, makes his presentation demonstrating the features of Autodesk® Maya® , a popular animation software.  He will be showing the Personal Learning Edition of Maya® which can be dwnloaded from Autodesk's site

It gives 3D graphics and animation students, industry professionals, and those interested in breaking into the world of computer graphics an opportunity to explore most aspects of the award-winning Autodesk® Maya® Complete software in a non-commercial capacity. The Maya Personal Learning Edition software is available for 32-bit Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional and Apple® Mac OS® X (for Macintosh Power PC or Intel-based Macintosh computers) operating systems.
